I always get asked when people find out that I am a Vegan, “What do you eat Joe?” Well clearly I eat a lot of food, but here are some of my favorite “transition” foods for people who are trying to get used to a Vegan/Vegetarian diet. There are so many other foods to list but this is a great way to get introduced to some great alternative foods. PS If you don’t want to be a Vegan or Vegetarian then don’t. Please do not harass my videos because you think I am trying to convert you. I am just showing interested people certain items that might be available.
