I really, really love soy milk. Although my family does not supprt that I am a vegetarian, they also love Silk Soy milk. It’s very friendly towards those who have never tried it, and I count on it for protein and fiber.

That depends on what I’m craving. Sometimes it’s chinese food, sometimes it’s falafel, sometimes it’s a taco bell burrito, sometimes it’s (vegan) nachos or tacos…
I love hummus of all flavors with pita or spread on a bagel.
Sadly, I live in a SMALL town with VERY LITTLE vegan food.

these veggie balls my girlfriend and I get at a wonderful vegetarian Indian restaurant. From what i can tell it’s carrots, chickpeas, potatoes, broccoli and zucchini ground up with garlic, onions, cumin and pepper, molded into balls and deep fried (like falafal) then served with a spicy to die for sauce….YUM!
But I love from The Green Restaurant also is their ‘Red’ hamburger–they use roasted red pepper, so instead of it being a ‘green’ food, it’s red….har har har.
I’m not really a vegetarian, but don’t tend to eat a lot of meat. For my favorite vegetarian food though…..I’d have to say those Bocca burgers, they’re so addictive, you’d think they wouldn’t be available for sale to minors lol.
