  1. What to pack for a Vegan picnic? store bought and homemade foods? http://lowfatveganrecipes.com/what-to-pa… #vegan

  2. hmmm it depends on what you like. however, i am tempted to say:

pita bread chips with hummus or guacamole
    fruit salad
couscous with sun-dried tomato & basil
    mixed nuts

  3. Good luck pleasing your vegan friend. Check the labels for dairy, eggs, ambiguous “natural flavors”. Fruit is a good bet. You would be surprised how many foods there are that you never thought had animal products. The vegans can find an animal product in almost anything tasty.

  4. A few ideas:

    Cake made with egg replacer
    Salad
    Fruit (with vegan cream)
Vegan cheese (with onion, tomato, cucumber or lettuce) sandwiches, wholemeal bread
    Vegan cookies
    Vegan mayonnaise
    Vegetables and hummus dip
    Vegeteable crisps/chips
    Peanut butter sandwiches
    Vegan chocolate
    Crisps/chips (suitable for vegans)
    Ritz crackers
    Pasta salad
    Olives
    Nuts
    Fruit juice
    Rice milk
    Water
    Vegan trifle
    Apple crumble
    Fruit salad
    Vegan pizzas
    Breadsticks
    Jam sandwiches
    Pineapple and vegan cheese
    Pickles
    Vegan cheese and chives dip
    Vegan coleslaw
    Vegan potato salad
    Couscous salad
    Cereal bars
    Vegan cheesecake
    Lemonade
    Vegan jelly

Make sure to check the labels. Enjoy :)
